JustBackPhotos ("we", "us", "our") is a photo editing service operated from the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use justbackphotos.co.uk, why we collect it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name and email address when you submit the contact or order form.
- Your photos and notes — the images you upload and the message/notes you provide about the edits you would like.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
How we use it
- To edit the photos you send us and deliver the finished images back to you.
- To reply to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- To take payment for orders and keep basic order records for accounting and tax.
Where your data is stored
Uploaded photos are stored privately in our cloud storage and are accessible only via short-lived, signed links delivered to our editors. Order notifications and photo links are emailed to edit@JustBckPhotos.co.uk. Payments are handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Original and edited photos are kept for up to 90 days after delivery so we can re-send or revise if needed, then deleted. Order records (name, email, package, date) are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your photos sooner at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not use your photos for marketing or portfolio without your explicit, written permission. We share data only with the service providers required to run the site (cloud storage, email delivery, Stripe for payments).
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing, by emailing edit@JustBckPhotos.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required to run the site. We do not run advertising trackers.
