Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of JustBackPhotos ("we", "us") and any photo editing services you order through justbackphotos.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them.

The service

We provide professional photo editing — including colour correction, enhancement, and object removal — on photos you supply. Edits are hand-crafted and results are subjective; we work to a professional standard but cannot guarantee a specific creative outcome.

Your content

• You confirm you own the photos you send us, or have permission to have them edited.
• You keep full ownership of your photos and the edited versions.
• You grant us a limited licence to store and process your photos solely to deliver the service.
• We will not publish, resell, or use your photos for marketing without your explicit written consent.
• You must not send us illegal content or content that infringes anyone else's rights.

Orders, pricing and payment

• Prices are shown on the site in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is taken up front via Stripe. Work begins once payment is confirmed.
• Turnaround is typically 3–5 working days; complex jobs may take longer and we will let you know.

Revisions

Each order includes reasonable minor revisions within 14 days of delivery. Major changes or additional photos may be quoted separately.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Because our service is bespoke digital work, statutory cancellation rights end once we begin work with your consent.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
